1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:

>You received the wrong item.
>The item has a manufacturing defect.
>The product is significantly different from its description.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
>Change of mind after delivery.
>Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
>Normal wear and tear.
>Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
>Items returned without prior approval.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).
After verification, Ralif.store will offer one of the following:
A replacement product.
A full refund.
A partial refund (where applicable).
5. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, or damaged product), Ralif.store will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
