Order Processing
After your payment is successfully received, your order will enter our processing queue. Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse workload, and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–18 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Australia: 8–18 business days
Europe: 7–20 business days
Other International Destinations: 10–30 business days

Shipping Carriers

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.
